BioPort - Biomedical Process Program

BioPort is a web-based biomedical management platform developed for healthcare facilities, medical device maintenance-repair companies and calibration companies. The project aims to manage medical device inventories, failure and maintenance requests, calibration processes, personnel assignments and technical service operations more regularly, traceably and safely from a single center.
With BioPort, health facilities can record critical information such as inventory number, imprint number, brand, model, serial number, place of use, clinical branch, location, embezzlement information, maintenance and calibration dates of their devices in digital environment. Thus, device history, maintenance status, warranty process and calibration tracking can be checked more easily.
For maintenance-repair companies, BioPort facilitates processes such as creating failure requests, assigning them to the relevant personnel, monitoring the request stages, entering technical explanations, following up external support processes, and storing the files or images of the request. In this way, technical service processes become more transparent and traceable by both the company and the health facility.
Calibration companies, on the other hand, can follow the facility, device and calibration dates more systematically; they can manage the workload in a more controlled way by planning the upcoming maintenance and calibration processes. Thanks to CRM, project management, user/personnel management, file upload, notification and search-filtering features within the project, inter-agency communication and operation monitoring can be carried out through a single panel.
The main goal of BiyoPort is to create a faster, regular and reliable digital working environment between health facilities and technical service companies by reducing paper, Excel and scattered tracking methods in biomedical processes.
Çözüm ve Sonuç
BioPort is a management platform that reduces time loss in biomedical processes, strengthens data tracking and makes communication between institutions more regular. While health facilities monitor their devices in a safer and planned way, maintenance-repair and calibration companies can manage their business processes more professionally.
At the end of the project, the targeted structure is to create a digital working environment where all medical device records, failure requests, maintenance and calibration processes can be monitored from a single center, decisions can be made faster and can be reported retrospectively.
BioPort aims to both improve service quality and reduce operational burden by providing a sustainable, traceable and institutional infrastructure in biomedical management.
